As the overall company which manufactures
T/M ASSĄŻY, the R&DĄŻs researchers in the Daedong Gear co.
Ltd. are trying to achieve the quick development, the perfect
quality and an improvement in productivity. We are proficient
developers who research casting, forging, process, designing,
machining, the oil compression machinery, designing tools and
jigs, and the heat treatment, etc. through studying abroad.
We are challenging to achieve the zero-defects of manufacturing
through the test of credibility of products and inspection of
durability with our measuring and testing equipment.
We have accomplished to reduce the time when we developed processing
and designing machinery and tools applying the CAD SYSTEM to
all drawings and we are able to calculate and improve the problems
before manufacturing through a verification of the gear specifications
and FEED-BACK systems. So we are trying to increase the efficiency
of our production, the quality of the mass-production and to
verify and study transmissionĄŻs mechanism through the additional
workshop room
